The 2020 National Governance and Management Congress in Brisbane on Tuesday March 17, will look to stimulate your thinking in innovation, building communities and connecting with Gen Z as customers and employees, in order to remain strong and relevant into the future.

Our four keynote speakers include:

  • Australian TV presenter, James O’Loghlin who will look at innovation through the lens of generating ideas and then actually making them happen
  • Young entrepreneur, innovator and educator Scott Millar who will discuss how to engage with Gen Z as a way to drive innovative projects;
  • Ashley Fell, Head of Communications at McCrindle will share forecasts around future demographics in metro and regional areas that will drive club strategic focus;
  • Lisa Smith who will review options to support communities – especially tiny towns – to regenerate themselves for their future viability.

A panel session will round out the afternoon looking at tech and the future – how clubs can combine the latest in digital technology to enhance their product and service offering.
