All the forms and information you need can be downloaded from this page and will assist and ensure that your participation at this year’s event is as smooth as possible.  If you have any trouble downloading any material, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

3. Exhibitor Badge Registration

All staff working on your stand during the course of the Expo will need an ‘Exhibitor Badge’.

4. Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit

Now is the time to start your pre-show marketing to let all your clients and contacts know that you will be exhibiting at the AHG Expo on 20 & 21 March, 2024 in Brisbane.

VENUE: Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC)

Online Ordering System – The BCEC have an online ordering system allowing exhibitors to order services including AV, stand catering, furniture, rigging, stand cleaning, utility services, internet etc. as well as providing a secure payment gateway. Click here for more details and to place an order for BCEC services at the event.

Food Sampling – Are you wanting to sample food on your stand? For full details see page 13 of the Exhibitor Manual.

  1. You MUST seek approval from the BCEC and comply with their rules and regulations in relation to food and beverage sampling. You are required to complete your approval via the Online Ordering System, following the link to the ‘Sampling Guidelines’ page. Click here to access the Online Ordering System
  2. You may require a ‘Temporary Food Stall License‘ from the Brisbane City Council. Click here for more information

Liquor Sampling for Exhibitions – Are you a wine or alcohol exhibitor wishing to provide alcohol to visitors? You MUST read and adhere to these guidelines

Moreton Hire are the official stand builders of the AHG Expo 2024. The below material has ESSENTIAL forms to complete for ALL exhibitors please download and complete the relevant forms for your stand type before Tuesday 14 February 2024.

REGISTRTION & SCANNER: LUP

LUP are our registration company and are looking after both visitor and exhibitor expo and event registration for badges. All staff working on your stand require an ‘Exhibitor Badge’. To save time onsite, please pre-register staff so that their badge can easily be printed onsite at the dedicated Exhibitor Registration Desk.

FREIGHT FORWARDER: GEL Events

GEL events is the official contractor for transportation of exhibitor freight as well as onsite services for the 2024 AHG Expo.

GEL provide exhibitors with peace of mind by suppling a door-to-stand freight service, with complete tracking and email notification when the freight arrives onsite at the stand. GEL can arrange all local, interstate, and international transport services. You do not need to be present at time of delivery when using GEL to transport your freight, our onsite team will receive your freight and take it directly to your stand prior to your arrival.

At close of the event, we understand the pressure of packing up your freight so as to catch flights or get home after what has been a long few days. Our onsite representative will come and see you to confirm your return freight requirements and provide you with return labels. Once packed up and your freight is labelled you are welcome to leave it at your stand for us to take care of the rest.

Please note:

  • Should you wish to engage your own courier/transport company, deliveries must be scheduled to occur during your allocated bump in time and you must ensure you have a representative onsite at the time of delivery or provide your courier authority to leave without signature. AHG Expo, GEL, or BCEC representatives cannot sign for any consignments or take any responsibility for the delivery of goods, required for your exhibit, on your behalf.
  • In addition, the arrangement for collection of goods after the event must be scheduled to occur during the advertised ‘bump out’ time.
  • Any freight still onsite at the end of the bump out period will either be disposed of or instructed for GEL to take back to a local depot, at the expense of the exhibitor.

STAND DESIGN PLANS – SPACE ONLY EXHIBITORS

Due before Wednesday 10 January 2024.
All space only exhibitors over 27sqm must provide stand designs to exhibitors@ahgexpo.com.au for approval. See full details on page 20 of the AHG Expo 2024 Exhibitor Manual.

EXHIBITOR BADGES – MANDATORY FOR ALL EXHIBITORS.

All those working on your stand during the AHG Expo must register as an exhibitor. Click here to book exhibitor badges for every staff member who will be working on your stand on Wednesday 20 & Thursday 21 March.

PUBLIC LIABILITY CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY – MANDATORY FOR ALL EXHIBITORS.

Due before Wednesday 10 January 2024.
All exhibitors must have relevant Public Liability Insurance Cover to exhibit at the AHG Expo 2024. Please provide your Public Liability Policy Certificate of Currency to exhibitors@ahgexpo.com.au. See full details on page 16 of the AHG Expo 2024 Exhibitor Manual.
