The Australasian Hospitality and Gaming Expo (AHG Expo) presented by TAB, MAX & SKY has played host to countless world-first demonstrations and debuts, especially in the tech space. If you’re looking to upgrade your club’s tech systems, don’t miss these exhibitors…

AAC Solutions | Stand 65

With over 20 years’ experience, AAC Solutions design innovative, custom-built communications technology to help businesses strengthen their workforce and improve efficiencies for definitive productivity gains. “Our cloud platform, Pulselive, connects people with purpose to create safe, productive and customer centric workplaces,” says Managing Director Daniel Solah. “Our technology stack supports hospitality and gaming businesses and includes staff messaging, workflow and reporting systems, TV entertainment systems, digital signage, digital rating systems, guest pagers, wireless chargers and more.” Returning to the 2023 AHG Expo after exhibiting last year, the AAC Solutions team is looking forward to connecting with industry professionals to showcase their signature solution PulseLive, as well as putting on live demonstrations and giveaways. “Our first year exhibiting at the AHG Expo proved to be very fruitful, and we attracted a lot of attention from customers interested in our technology stack for hospitality,” adds Daniel.

Circle | Stand 232 & 237

Proud Australian-born company Circle has been providing electronic sign-in systems for over 21 years. “Our point of difference is the quality of our product, as well as our amazing support team,” says Circle Product Manager Lou Stafford. The 2023 AHG Expo won’t be the first time Circle has exhibited, and the team is looking forward to catching up with their wonderful customers. One thing they are excited about debuting at this year’s expo is their brand-new look. “We have updated our user interface,” explains Lou. “We also have some exciting new functionality, so come by and take a look.”

Impact Data | Stand 233 & 244

Impact Data has been helping the hospitality industry get closer to their customers for more than 20 years. They analyse the data that matters to your business – gaming loyalty, POS, reservations, order at table and more – to understand exactly where your customer is on their journey with your business, and send the right message, at the right time with the right offer to get more visits, more often. “As industry veterans with clients of all sizes, we know the data that matters,” says Sarah Franklyn, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We have deep and secure connections with our data partners to help our customers tell their story, while we take care of welcoming and onboarding, engaging, surprising, delighting and retaining your customers, hands-free.” Impact Data has been exhibiting at the AHG Expo for years and look forward to chatting with existing and new customers. “More and more venues are understanding the difference that loyalty and customer engagement can make, and they want to use their valuable customer data to create deeper connections,” adds Sarah. “That’s our sweet spot.”

LBA/Gamesure | Stand 36

LBA/ Gamesure is a leading national hospitality compliance and training organisation, specialising in providing the club and hotel industry with unique and tailored essential anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing program development, monitoring, auditing, support, reporting and staff training. “We also assist venues with responding to requests for information about their compliance from AUSTRAC, banks and insurance companies, ensuring that the correct and relevant information and documentation is submitted to help protect their business,” says Leigh Barrett as Founder & Principal Consultant. LBA/Gamesure also provides support and training in other areas of hospitality regulatory policy development and compliance. LBA/Gamesure are regular exhibitors at the AHG expo and look forward to meeting new and existing venue partners.

Next Payments | Stand 70

They take a consultative approach to understanding how their clients’ businesses operate, then show them how their integrative cash management hardware and insightful software solutions can help drive operational efficiencies, increase savings and deliver seamless customer experiences in their business. This year marks Next Payments’ ninth year of exhibiting at the AHG Expo. “Each year we have invested more in our stand size and layout to keep up with our growing product suite and position in the market,” says Tyson Lester, General Manager of Sales and Marketing. “We are looking forward to connecting with existing and new clients and showcasing some of our new offerings.
